HyperDeck disk recorders are professional SD or SSD based broadcast decks that can record SD, HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p60. The HyperDeck Ethernet Protocol gives you the tools you need to customize the integration of any HyperDeck model with an ethernet port, or you can use the ATEM Switcher HyperDeck API to remotely control one or more Blackmagic Design HyperDeck devices remotely, to record and playback clips. Also included in the HyperDeck instruction manual is the raw protocol command documentation for both the Ethernet protocol but also the industry standard RS-422 protocol.
